Zhongneng Power Co., Ltd. Preparatory Office submitted the "Zhongneng Offshore Wind Power Development Site Application Plan" to the Energy Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs on October 2, 2015, and obtained a record. The initiator of Zhongneng Power Co., Ltd. is China Steel Corporation, which combines the Danish Copenhagen Infrastructure Fund (CIP) with rich experience in wind farm development engineering technology and management as an operating partner. By developing and promoting this project, it effectively integrates local resources such as industry, government, academia, and research, allowing the offshore wind power industry to cultivate and develop in Taiwan.
